Power Vision Mission Map is a 3 – 6 month process. We begin with a Leadership Team 2 day off site. Up to 10 people included. Once we have the initial Vision and Mission Map created and everyone in alignment, we’ll create secondary Power Vision and Mission Maps in each of the Major business units (4 business units included). These Maps will map to the Organizational Power Vision and Mission Map.
This is a completely customizable program including workshops, training, coaching everything you need to bring your Vision and Mission to life.
