During this virtual 90 minute Vision & Strategy Session, we’ll partner to create a vision for the next 90 days and then a plan to re-prioritize your strategy. This will also provide you with the information you’ll need to re-forecast your financial projections. We’ll create a communications plan to re-engage your employees & external stakeholders. Finally, we’ll create an action plan to ensure that you know what to do and by when.
Included: a 30-minute coaching call within 10 days to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
